Expanding Horizons Community Services

Expanding Horizons will provide quality, on-going services in a home environment for those that have chosen us as their service provider. Our program is based on the HCBS Settings Rule that was created to expand the availability of community-based services that maximize autonomy and choice for individuals with disabilities, and to commit to treating ALL people with respect and dignity. The philosophy behind our beliefs is that all persons have certain rights and choices and should be seen as people first. All individuals must be seen as valued individuals. At Expanding Horizons Community Services, this is our mission. From clientele to staff, our goal is to provide a rewarding environment that puts people first.
